This Week's Weekend Warrior Workout

Hey, what's up? 

 

Just finished up a nice cup of coffee and decided to post up the weekly weekend warrior workout.

This one is fairly intense so you might have to pull up your big boy/big girl pants little one.

BAHAHA!!!

Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each 🤩Challenge Ladder (You do this and you are done for the day)


800 M Run
70 Squat Jumps
60 Russian Twists
50 Hip Bridges 
40 Push-Ups
30 Burpee 
20 V-ups
10 KB Swings
800 M Run

Make sure you cool down and get some passive stretching in to finish the day off.
