Warm-Up.

 

Runners stretch - 60-sec (alternating)

Plank to Downward Dog - 60 sec

Bodyweight Glute Bridge - 12-15 reps

 

Then

 

Metcon (Rounds and Reps)

3 rounds

 

20 sec - 8 Point Plank plank 
20 reps Barbell Glute Bridge (135 -155 lbs)
20 reps Mini-Band Monster Walks – mini-band
 

Please note times for each round.

 

Keep these times for future comparisons, with your goal to be improved consistency across the 3 Rounds and lower total times (The sum of 3 total rounds)
