Warm-Up.


Banded Lat Pull Downs x 10-15 per arm
Y’s, T’s & W’s x 5 reps each
Lunge Matrix x 3 steps to each position

 

 

Metcon (AMRAP) 
AMRAP x 18 MINUTES* (Either 14 or 18 min depending on your available time)

8-10 DB Hip Thrust
60-sec Farmer's Carry

12 Russian KB Swings 
:30/:30 Side Plank (30 seconds per side)

*Move at a moderate pace for quality!
