Minute 1 – Inchworm Walk x 5 reps
Minute 2 – Dynamic Side Lunge stretch x 10 reps per leg
Minute 3 – “Y” Holds x 5 (5 sec hold)
Minute 4 – Glute Bridges x 8-10 reps reps
AMRAP x 8 MINUTES (as many rounds as possible in 8 min)
8 DB Bench Glute Bridge
8 DB Side Lunge
EMOM x 6 MINUTES
(Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes
MIN 1 - :40 sec MAX Tall Plank with alternating toe touches
MIN 2- 30 sec hold Hollow Hold (or one of the regressions)
